We only collect the basic information required to generate accurate transport quotes and connect prospective clients with independent removal operators:
- Quote Information: Origin town/city, destination town/city, and requested moving date. This data is processed instantly by our algorithmic calculator to provide an immediate price estimate.
- Contact Details: Full name, email address, and telephone number. This information is safely captured only when a user clicks to lock in a quote price, allowing the transport provider to follow up and finalize the booking.
2. Data Protection & Security
- We use industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption to protect all personal data during transit.
- We operate strictly on a transparent, trust-contract basis. Cargo Quoter never requests, accesses, or stores your company’s bank accounts, client merchant gateways, or credit card details. All customer booking deposits are handled directly through your existing payment channels.
3. Third-Party Sharing: Strictly Limited
We respect client privacy. We never sell, rent, or lease captured user data to data brokers, advertising networks, or industry competitors. Data is only securely forwarded via email and secure web forms straight to the specific independent removal or storage company that the user requested a quote from.
