My friend Steven paid €30,000 for a new removals website that never worked. After 14 months, it had barely generated any business.

Who I Am
I am not a software developer. I am a problem solver. For 47 years I built and ran my own construction businesses, scaling them to employ up to 70 people. I worked internationally as a consultant, managed major projects in Kuwait and Barbados, helped write industry training standards, and ran my own training academy.
I have spent my whole career removing friction and making things work better. Cargo Quoter is just the latest thing I have built to fix something that was clearly broken.

Our Terms
No fixed salary at the start. You earn a share of net profit from day one. Equity is earned only once we hit clear milestones.

Equity & Agreement Terms
- Equity: Not issued on day one. Once we reach 50 active companies and prove consistent growth, we will discuss and issue formal equity shares as a reward for your work.
- Net Income: Calculated after all running costs, platform fees, and expenses. Fully transparent monthly accounts.
- Contract: We will sign a formal written agreement including standard business clauses: confidentiality, non solicitation, and non compete if you leave the business.
- Commitment: This protects both of us. It ensures you stay focused on growing Cargo Quoter, and your interests are aligned with the long term success of the company.
