1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing cargoquoter.com, test-driving our interactive calculators, or deploying our white-label pricing frames onto your business domain, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of the platform.

2. White-Label System Deployment & Intellectual Property

- Software Ownership: Cargo Quoter grants registered transport providers a limited, non-transferable, white-label license to display our instant quoting user interfaces on their custom URLs. All underlying pricing algorithms, database code structures, layouts, and brand rights remain 100% the exclusive intellectual property of Cargo Quoter.
- Prohibited Actions: Users may not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or commercially resell the Cargo Quoter calculation software code or database structures.

3. The Trust-Contract Performance Framework

- The Model: Cargo Quoter operates entirely on a performance-driven trust contract. Onboarding requires a fixed £498.00 one-time setup investment to configure and launch your branded URL asset.
- The 5% Software Fee: Cargo Quoter automatically configures your public-facing interface to add a defensive 10% customer buffer markup. When an end-consumer locks in a quote, your standard 30% to 40% booking deposit is processed completely through your own existing merchant payment gateways. Cargo Quoter will issue a separate invoice to your office for our 5% software performance fee post-booking.

4. System Usage Restrictions

To preserve server speeds and protect our automated databases, users and visitors agree not to execute high-volume automated data requests, data scraping bots, or malicious scripts against our calculation fields. Standard usage is fully protected and optimized for normal consumer and business interaction.

5. Limitation of Liability

Cargo Quoter provides intelligent, dynamic estimation calculations based on your custom regional pricing parameters. While we use real-time data modifiers to safeguard your target numbers, Cargo Quoter is not liable for structural service interruptions, transit delays, or third-party merchant gateway payment disputes between transport providers and end-consumers.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Use and any business contractual relationships formed under them are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
